Star Trek: Kobayashi Maru
« on: June 13, 2009, 04:01:38 AM »
There's this guy who is animating the novel "The Kobayashi Maru". There aren't any voices in it, but it's a fun watch when you have some spare time :)
*Doorbell Sound*

"Hi, I am Elder 14 of 37 and this is my traveling companion Sister 29 of 128. We represent the Borg..."
"Oh Roddenbery, you guys again? Look, it's 8 in the morning and I don't have time for you OK? I told you last week..."
"But... Assimilation... Holopamflet!"
"Yeah right, you can leave it here but I'll throw it on the rest of the bunch I got from your other 'brothers' and 'sisters'. Now scram before I call the 8472 Squad!"

It is good and is close enough to the book. Though there is the odd animation error but they only add to it. Eg: Checkov at the back during the simualtion in part 2 , "I've lost the transmision sir!", while he appears to be playing an invisble keyboard.

Thee Jame Kirk the only cadet to accurately predict his reputattion and ego satatus!
