The only thing I'm not liking is the bussards.  You could always just go with a single unit right up front in the middle with sensors on either side.

i like the way the bussards are placed. Although other placements would be aesthetically more pleasing, in this way the bussards will scoop up more by sitting at the front of the ship. Also, they are in front of the impulse engines, allowing short lines between the two of them. What goes in through the bussards, could immediately be used for fuelling the impulse engines.
