I'm spending Christmas with the folks (though getting back to Massachusetts was an...adventure).  I'll be working New Years, though.

But dont forget today is the celebration of Festivus so let us gather round the aluminum poll where I will begin the airing of grivences!
“The boat dipped and swayed and sometimes took on water, but it did not sink; the two brothers had waterproofed it well. I do not know where it finally fetched up, if it ever did; perhaps it reached the sea and sails there forever, like a magic boat in a fairytale. All I know is that it was still afloat and still running on the breast of the flood when it passed the incorporated town limits of Derry, Maine, and there it passes out of this tale forever.” ― Stephen King, It"

I got an ASUS EEE (though I got that early so I wouldn't drive the family crazy by hogging a computer ;-) ), Star Trek DVD, and a book, the third in Tanya Huff's Valor series.

Merry Christmass everyone! We're not really giving presents during Christmass, but I went out with friends tonight to have a sing along on the big market square here in town. For me, being with my friends is the best gift I can have :)

Well that was a surprise ^_^ Got myself:

- Mexx showergel
- Pauwel Kwak beer giftset
- Red and white wine to cook with

It's not much, but I'm pretty happy with it, especially with the Kwak beer. The fun part is that it comes with a special glass that can't stand up on it's own; you need the supplied wooden holder for that ;)
